Sidelined Finance (the “Site”) is an educational blog operated by HunterAlly Inc., a Delaware corporation registered at 2880 447 Broadway, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10013 (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit the Site or submit answers through any Typeform linked from the Site (the “Form”).

- To analyse aggregate engagement (e.g., open and click-through rates).

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and Form (e.g., Typeform S.L., Notion Labs Inc., email-service provider). They may process data solely on our instructions. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

By checking the consent box on the Form or otherwise opting-in, you agree that we may send you newsletters and related emails. Each message will include an unsubscribe link and our postal address (see Section 10). You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking that link or writing to max@sidelined.finance.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information and to object to certain processing. To exercise any right, email max@sidelined.finance.
9 Retention
We keep data as long as necessary for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information; however, no system is 100 % secure.
11 International Transfers
We are based in the United States; data may be processed and stored there. By providing information, you acknowledge any such transfer.
